With little effort and the right ingredients, you can liven up cold winter nights. This baked camembert recipe uses walnuts and its star ingredient guava jam to deliver a special taste.
Preheat the over to 175 Celsius and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Run a table knife around the cheese whilst still in the container. Make several incisions across the top to score in a criss cross pattern. Place the wheel of camembert on the lined baking tray.
Spread a liberal amount of the Matouk's Guava Jam over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the walnuts on the top.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is soft.
Transfer cheese with a spatula onto a serving dish and serve with fresh fruit, crackers and bread.

You can use any type of nuts that you like. For an extra tropical twist use star fruit and fresh guavas to garnish.
